Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Genysys Capital and the Genysys OS™ platform ("we", "us", "our") collect, use, protect, and share personal and business information when you use our lending platform and services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, complete your Instant Profile, or apply for financing, we collect identifiers and financial information such as your name, email address, business name, ownership details, income and revenue information, tax documents, and personal financial statements.

Information from verification providers. Through our identity and business verification partner (Didit), we collect the results of identity (KYC) and business (KYB) verification checks you complete. Verification documents are processed by the provider; we retain the verification status and reference identifiers.

Information from connected accounts. When you connect a bank account (via Plaid) or an accounting system, we receive account names, types, balances, and transaction data used to assess eligibility and calculate your RISE Score™. We do not store your banking credentials.

Information from credit bureaus. With your authorization, we may obtain credit reports and scores for underwriting purposes.

Usage information. We collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited to operate and secure the platform.

How We Use Your Information

  • Verifying your identity and your business (KYC/KYB)
  • Processing, underwriting, and servicing loan applications
  • Calculating your RISE Score™ and profile completeness
  • Communicating with you about your applications, loans, and account
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including BSA/AML and lending regulations)
  • Improving the platform and our products

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

How We Share Information

We share personal and business information only as needed to provide our services:

  • Service providers. Verification providers (Didit), bank-data aggregators (Plaid), accounting-data providers, credit bureaus, e-signature and document providers, and cloud infrastructure — each acting under contract and only for the purposes described above.
  • Lending partners. Where an application is referred to a funding partner, only the information necessary to evaluate and fund the request.
  • Legal and regulatory. Regulators, law enforcement, and courts where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

Identity & Business Verification

Verification is performed by our third-party provider, Didit. When you start a verification, you are taken to a Didit-hosted session where you submit identity documents or business registration details. Didit processes that data under its own privacy policy, and returns to us only the verification outcome (approved, declined, or pending) and a session reference. We never mark a verification complete without a provider decision.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (256-bit TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging of sensitive actions, and multi-tenant data isolation. Documents you upload are stored in private storage and are only accessible through time-limited, authorized links.

Data Retention

We retain personal and business information for as long as needed to provide the services, service active loans, comply with legal, regulatory, and record-retention obligations applicable to lending (such as underwriting and servicing records), and resolve disputes. Connected-account data may be refreshed while the connection is active and deleted when you disconnect the account or close your profile.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, object to certain processing, and opt out of certain communications. You can review and update much of your information directly in your Instant Profile and My Account pages. To exercise other rights, contact us as described below, and we will verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
